  • Very pushy with sales and up selling . When Lou asked me a question about my nails , I replied and she responded whatever . Rude as I was not spending more . When I asked for change to give a cash tip I was brought back 1/2 of what I gave her . I said where is the rest , reply that's what u gave me . When going to a salon for a service you should not feel pushed into high pressure sales and dishonest practices of taking money that was not offered .
