  • So they promote the Chipotle App and ordering via the app, thry actually provide an option for pick up times. In this case my time was 915 for an order placed at 845. I arrived at 920 and they said "We will get that ready for you now..." ummm excuse me?? What is the purpose of the pre order, time options, and order information if you aren't going to make it until I arrive!? Uuuggghhh...I don't like unnecessary! I waited in line like everyone else! Not happy about that. Food was good that's why I gave a two and not a 1. Excellent Service is important to me! This was not Excellent service. #Pink
