| - If I could give 0 stars to this place, I would. After all the money my boyfriend and I spent here over several months on food, drinks and gambling, we were treated like sh*t tonight . After having a nice dinner at Festival buffet as always, I was gambling on one of my favorite machines when this older security guard Bryan came up to me to ask for my ID ( I am 37 years old ). I showed him my valid ID issued by the Republic of San Marino ( I'm a visitor) and he said that he could not accept it because he doesn't know what country it is. . It is not the first time I am asked for my ID in Las Vegas while gambling or buying alcohol, and it has been accepted everywhere from Miami to Los Angeles ( believe me guys you are the not the only ones who ask me for my ID and I am more than happy and proud to show it). He started to question me as if he was a cop or detective, making me personal questions like with whom I was and when I said that I was with my boyfriend, who was talking on the phone at that moment in the lobby, he started to question that too, as if I was a liar or a scam artist. He asked me to leave in a very rude way. I went to the security booth and asked for the Supervisor . One of the guards told me: Do you even have a passport? That is unacceptable after I showed him my ID and my International drivers license.
The worst part of all that is that the Supervisor never showed up. Worst customer service ever! My boyfriend, who is a public figure , will also share our experience here with thousands of his followers on Yelp, trip advisor and Facebook.
