I can not say enough good things about Carmine's that I am having trouble of where to begin.
First, I was running out of options of where to host my sorority's annual reunion day. We have grown quite large and size and needed a venue that could accommodate 150 sisters. Carmine's can host that many plus lots more.
Second, we were on a tight budget and Cassy, the special events manager, was able to put together a family style menu that that would accommodate almost all special diets. When planning for this many people it is difficult to make sure all diets are met and Cassy nailed it all making sure there was food that almost anyone with certain diets could eat.
Third, the day of any event is always quite stressful and the staff - especially one server in particular Micheal - went above and beyond to make every lady in the house felt special! Even the smallest request was handle with a smile and he even put on a show for the group and sang a song in Italian.
Just a few other highlights: the food was absolutely delicious. The decor was elegant making decorating so easy with only really needing center pieces for the tables. But my favorite part is that the staff boxed up all the uneaten food and we were able to donate this to local shelter!
If you are looking for a place to host your next special occasion this should certainly be on the list of places to consider.
