  • The absolute best - Dr. Little and his Nurse Practitioner, Deborah Shepherd.They are what the medical profession strives to be. They guided me first on the decision as to whether to have neck surgery. After I had the surgery, the followup was superb. Throughout, explanations were clear and they always wanted to hear my questions. I had c4-c7 fusions and I felt good after the surgery and throughout my recovery. Best of all, my old neck pains and headaches are gone. I'm sure I have gained back the 1.5 inches in height I had lost over the years.
