They will not help you figure out what part you need at the parts counter (It was either A or B, come on...). They said, make an appointment and pay a technician to figure it out. (So, they DO know, they're just not telling)
And the fuse/relay I needed to locate and test wasn't listed in the owners manual or anywhere online. They insisted the only way they would help me was for me to set up an appointment, and they were full for the day, and pay the diagnostic fee, plus parts, and any extra labor, if necessary.
So, that would mean I would have to pay them ~$100 to replace a fuse I could easily replace myself, IF I could find it, and they're not telling.
