This place has been on my list for a while. It is a small brick building that is sort of cramped inside. There were a lot of older people at the bar inside and there is also a patio outside you can smoke at. The parking lot was sort of cramped too and they also valet available.
I think I could have made a better selection off of the menu. I ordered a new york strip with a baked potatoes. The steak was very bland; in fact, everyone at my table had ordered a steak and they were all putting A1 steak sauce, salt and pepper on their meat. I was appalled by this because you should be able to eat a steak that costs upwards 20 dollars without having to put A1 or salt on it. Once I was done battling my steak the baked potato I had ordered with it was too cold to enjoy.
The salad bar that came with my meal was good, I don't have anything bad to say about it. The people that ordered soup instead of salad enjoyed theirs. I think this is the wrong place to order a steak from though.
The server was very quirky but did a fine job taking down our orders. Unfortunately when it came time to split the bill she got really confused and a person from our party accompanied her to the register to help her out.
Overall it was not a bad experience. I am willing to give it another shot and try something different off of the menu.
