PROS
-Spacious and scenic. I think the primary draw for Collision Bend (other than maybe the beer, which I don't drink, sorry!) is the rustbelt charm and amazing view of the Cuyahoga. In the summer, their very large patio area is perfect for a group outing who wants to enjoy the outdoors in style. And inside is pretty big too - the tall ceilings make the space feel even bigger.
-Food for sharing. I love restaurants that offer a small plates menu - it means more food for trying! We got the popcorn (highly recommend), fries, and special of the night - beefcheek pierogis (they were delicious).
-Personal pan pizza. I was a little hesitant to order the pizza for myself. I wasn't sure that I was going to be that hungry after all of the tapas. I ordered it anyways. It was the perfect size (see pic).
-Friendly service. We had an awesome server and server-in-training. They were very attentive to our table of 5 and made sure our drinks were filled at all times.
CONS
-Pizza was okay. While the pizza was the right size, it wasn't the most amazing thing I ever ate (but it wasn't bad either). I got the bianco pizza.
BOTTOM LINE
-Head here for a drink and dinner on the patio with a group of friends. Order as many apps as you can!
