  • I really love Rachel's Kitchen. My go to is the chopped salad, it really is sooo good every time! I go to Rachel's often because it's fast, convenient, and really good! I will admit there have been times I've ordered things I didn't love, but overall Rachel's is very good. I think the green tiled tables and seats make it unique and it's part of what makes it Rachel's. The service is great and the restaurant is always clean. The Summerlin location is my favorite!
