  • I've been to The Cowfish 7-8 times over the last 3+ years. If I lived in Charlotte, I would eat there much more often. The concept is unique and they've managed to pull it off very well. I'd rate their regular sushi as good but not great. Their burgers are VERY good. But where they really shine and offer something you can't find anywhere else is a combination of these foods- the burgushi! I can't get enough of it! I waited til my third visit to try it, and I wish I had ordered it from the beginning. I can't really describe the burgushi well enough for it to make sense, but just try it! It's delicious. The service I've gotten here has always been good. I can't recall an occasion that I've had any issues with it. The servers are typically friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The prices are reasonable, particularly for the amount and quality of the food you get. Highly recommended if you get a chance to try it!
