  • I went here to get my phone updated. I also wanted to check my phone bill and see if I could get a better plan. I had to wait about 30 minutes or so for someone to assist me because they didn't have a Sprint worker. When I finally got someone she did not seem very sure and she seemed more interested in trying to get my wife to update her phone. I secretly prayed in my head that she would not be screwing my account because I was not confident that she knew what she was doing. She was able to get it done so I guess I must have had some luck waiting for me somewhere. I think from now on I will just update my phone online. I think it'll be quicker and more accurate.
