  • I think two stars is generous. I dealt with Brandon. In store, he was great, gave good advice on a range hoods. I ordered, paid in full. My order was to be in the following Monday or Tuesday. It wasn't. It was the blame game from there. He blamed the hood company for not shipping. A week delay at first, I had to postpone my contractor. Every time I called and spoke to Brandon, he never knew who I was, and always asked, "was I your salesman"? Seriously?! Your name is on the order!! I don't think the order ever got placed, but no way to say. I finally got the order two weeks later than originally promised. It was shipped to a central warehouse and we picked it up there, versus having it shipped from central warehouse to Scottsdale store. We didn't trust any more delays or mess ups, if it got delivered across town.
