rev:text	It's just a place to live, my boyfriend and I rented here for about a year and had no serious issues. The never really needed the maintenance people for any serious issues just had a problem with our water not turned on when moving in. No loud neighbors, the apartment is kept nice for the new hosts, and the gym is a good enough size but it does get packed at certain hours of course. Anyone looking for an apartment, this isn't a bad choice
