  • Katrina is the BEST! This was my first time being involved in buying a home and we actually decided to go with a new build. She was with us for the entire 9 month process and never once made us feel like we were a burden when he had questions or wanted her to come with us for appointments. She expected the builder to give us what we deserved in regards to communication of what was going on in the process. And she was able to offer advice as to what upgrades would add value to the home. She has great attention to detail and will make sure things get done. if you want someone that is knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy I would highly recommend hiring Katrina to help you buy or sell your home. I can't thank her enough for what she did for our family!
