  • I also wish I had read the reviews for this dealer as well before waisting my time. I did not purchase a car from them as a result, and I will not return again. My credit scores are excellent so qualifying would not have been an issue. My main complaint is arriving on 4 occasions when mutually agreed upon only to discover the person is not available, with another customer, and once not at the dealership all; they will provide excuses, but never apologize for the inconvenience or for the disrespect of your time. I called one of their sales managers who while speaking over the top of me said this is how their business is run while laughing, I hung up. Arrogant and condescending. I will return to Audi down the road; I have purchased an S5 from them a few years ago and was treated very respectfully.
