  • Location....location....location This is prime location in relation to my new job which I'm excited to start on 9/19. I needed a place ASAP and Courtney was great with assisting me with the application and leasing process. A1 customer service. You walk in and she greets you with that wonderful smiles of hers. She is both friendly and professional. I'm looking forward to my move in on Monday 9/12. I love the open feel of the 2 bed 2 bath Bernuda Townhome. My only complaint would be no ceiling fans, but besides that everything looked great. I have looked at a few apartments the last 2 days and some of those leasing offices had that stale motel smell....GROSS. Happy to say this office was clean without the stale smell, I love the beautiful bright turquoise wall, vibrant and trendy without being tacky!!! Keep up the good work and again I just want to shout out Courtney, she's definitely a winner!!!! 10/13/16 Just want to shout out Leah. To everyone's horror and surprise the tenants before me had an animal and my carpets were filled with long white animal hair. Within a week of being notified Leah had the cleaning people vacuum and clean my carpets. Her and Courtney always go above and beyond and I truly appreciate the both of them!!!! 9/19/17 Shout out to the new manager Jennifer. I made a complaint about the laundry rooms being unkept. Not sure what she said to her maintenance staff, but when I went to do laundry today, I was pleasantly surprised with how clean it was. Thank you!
