  • KNK was recommended. I placed a call on a Sunday and left a voicemail asking for a quote for a ceiling fan replacement. I never received a call back from the company. The following Thursday I called the company again. The gentleman that answer the phone seemed very annoyed. However, he scheduled me in for Monday April 24th at 8 a.m. It is currently 11:29 a.m. and KNK never called or showed. This is very unprofessional and I will not be contacting or recommending this company.
