  • I went into Staples on February 16 at about 8 PM and a young lady by the name of JoHana helped me and she was very, very nice, very helpful & very knowledgeable. At first, I did not want to go to Staples as the reviews I read on yelp did not give me the warm fuzzies so I looked at FedEx Kinko's on Central and the first review was terrible & mentioned the associate's name that was terrible and unfortunately when I called the same person named in the review was the person who answered me so I decided not to go there and give Staples a chance. I was pleasantly surprised as I found it to have great customer-oriented service. Contrary to the reviews I read.
