First of all this review has to be done it two parts because it would be unfair to the great doctors and Teresa (receptionist) if I rated everyone the same.
The doctors in this group are fantastic and they actually spend time to answer all your health questions and concerns. My primary doctor is very animated when he explains things to me. I like how we're on the same page as to making sure I try to be healthy. Although my labs are excellent, he started me on fish oil in my early 20's. Prevention is key. They get 4 stars.
The receptionist, Teresa is great too. She's been working there probably before I even started going to this doctor's office. She's always helpful and has common sense even when they're busy. She also gets 4 stars.
Now, with today's lab snafu which ruined my morning:
I went to Quest to get my fasting labs done. I woke up an hour early to get this done just to find out the order was not put in. Now, I'm not a fan of starving myself for no good reason. This was supposed to be taken care of months ago. So, I called my doctor's office to find out what the heck happened. Alex was the one who told me months ago my orders are ready but failed to notify me that I actually have to pick it up from the office because they changed their system until today. I've never had this issue before when Lisa did my lab orders. But of course, she had to say that she did tell me to pick up the order. I played the message she left me in November - she didn't say to pick up the order. I've never had to pick up my lab orders in the past, it's electronically sent to Quest. NO STAR for Alex, she needs to go.
