The staff here NEVER answer the phones. They expect for you to chase them around to pay your rent. I was unable to pay my rent on the first because the system was down. NEVERTHELESS they STILL penalized me for the late fees. A Professional business would have automatically forgiven all residents if they knowingly knew there was a glitch in their system on the first of the month. The management and staff here are completely unprofessional. They are VERY ARROGANT, talk to you in a CONDESCENDING and act annoyed when simply asked to do their job.
The first incident was when I came to pick up my keys. The staff member on duty was leaving for lunch. She told me I had to come back as this was her only time to break. They DID NOT tell me that they leave for lunch. Instead of apologizing she acted as if I was annoying her and walked off.
When I finally came to get my keys the manager scolded me for not picking up my keys the day I said I would. I in formed her I did come to get my keys but I was NOT properly informed about the proper time to pick up my keys. The manager really acted as if I wasted her time. I wonder if she is a volunteer here. Even if I did fail to pick up my keys it is so unprofessional to take my absence personal.
I was talking to the young lady at the front desk (most professional one) about car permits and parking passes. The young lady was doing a fine job in helping me when the manager cut her off and began rambling and over explaining something that I wasn't even inquiring about. The manager even had the audacity to ask me, "if you don't know how the look then why are you asking about them?" She said it in a tone that reminded me of my sister when she used to think I was stealing her shoes. I'm a paying tenant I shouldn't have to be asked why I need a car pass. I'm a paying tenant that's why I need a car pass. My point is the staff are very condescending they talk to you as if you are a bum at their door begging for change.
The maintenance guy asked if I was naked while he was outside my door when I told him to hold on a sec. The maintenance guy is some short kid with gauges. Avoid talking to him if you move here. He like to hear himself talk, he rambles, over explains the smallest things. He is very arrogant and doest respect your space.
Yesterday I asked him if he could send a message to his manager for me since he was doing some work outside my door. He tells me he couldn't do that I have to go down myself. That is understandable so I did. When I walk into the office I see the manager sitting at her desk. As I am looking at the manager he turns to me while im already inside preparing to ask my question to the manager and says, "The office is closed". The nerve of that guy. You couldn't relay my message to the office but you can turn around and tell me to leave were closed. The office door was NOT locked night I add. When he told me the office was closed I completely ignored him and proceeded to ask my question to the manager. If the guy thought I was just gonna turn around when all I had was a quick question he is crazy.
