  • It took 2 hours to get seated and a fill. I understand being busy, but they say people before me who didn't have an appointment and arrived after me. She started the fill and my nails came out super uneven. When I pointed that out to her she told me no and ignored me. Then she would get up during my fill and go have a conversation with others there. Once my nails were finally filled and she was putting on the polish, I noticed bubbles forming under. Again she ignored me when I pointed out the issue. Then after paying she became clearly agitated when I didn't tip. Awful service. Awful attitude.
