  • I should have listened to all of these wonderful reviews before I went to an amateur who gave me the worst most humiliating week of my life! I walked in to Snapdragon after my horrific experience with no appointment, borderline in tears and Michaela assured me it wasn't the end of the world and booked me in as soon as she could. My hair had been colored and looked "Eminem" blonde! Michaela and Jenny agreed to do a root shadow which I had never heard of. They basically colored over my ridiculous blonde with a light brown and blended all of my hair. They totally saved my life!!! Michaela even went easy on the price because she realized I had just forked out a bunch of money for my trainwreck.Thank you ladies you are AMAZING. I will be coming back again and again and again! Did I mention they saved my life?!!!
