  • I am really glad we ended up chosing this company to work on our bug problem. Steve is super responsive and cooperative. The technician who came to our place to do the spraying was also nice. He sprayed outside of the house, the garage and inside (two stories). In the first 5 days following the spraying, we did not see a single bug inside the house. We saw severa dead bodies (mostly crickets) outside, in the backyard. The 6th day, I saw a cricket, and on the 8th day a huge spider inside the house and I wrote to Steve on yelp right away. He responded back to me in a second, said this might be the situation in houses which have not been treated for a long time, and sent his technician again the very next morning (first thing in the morning). They did the outside and inside once again. It has been 12 days since the second spraying and inside the house, I saw only one cockroach, which was about to die. Thank god, no more alive bugs inside. I am thankful and I recommend this business to everybody.
