| - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING! I am only giving this place 1 star but I wish I could give it less. I brought my mother to the bridal salon for a scheduled appointment to pick out her Mother of the Bride dress. The sales associate couldn't have acted more rude that day. She made us feel like a total burden to her. While we were waiting for our appointment to start, my mother, her friend, and I went to the racks to look at long gowns. We were approached by the sales associate who told us the rack we were looking at was "special occasion" and we needed to be in the "mother of the bride" section. She just pointed to the general direction of that rack. First of all they had NOTHING. Just a couple of the most homely old maid dresses I've ever seen. After looking a little while, I told the sales associate that I'm looking for something less matronly for my mother and asked if we could look back at the "special occasion gowns". The sales associate just said "fine".... didn't walk with us over there, didn't offer to help, didn't ask what we were looking for, just stood there. So by ourselves we picked out around 8 nice looking gowns to try on. Before showing us to our dressing room the S.A. said "Wow, that's a lot. You're only allowed 3." She had never told us any rules prior. I asked if we could just take these gowns back, but my mom would just bring 3 in the dressing room at one time. Once again she said "fine." But she didn't even offer to help carry the gowns back. Just let me struggle with all 8 gowns. We get to our dressing room and there are no chairs at all, just a dressing room. So my mom's friend and I just stood outside the room. My mom comes out with the gown on and says "this is a little small, I think I need a bigger size". The S.A. just looks at her and stands there, doesn't say a word or do anything. So I said "Ok, I guess I'll go back and get her another size". While back at the rack I find 2 more dresses that might suit my mom. The S.A. sees me and says "I told you she's only allowed 3 in the dressing room at a time!" I said "She only has 3 in there, I'm just hanging these on the outside of the room." The S.A. (in the snarkiest attitude ever) says "Well I'm just saying cuz I just got told off by my boss". Instead of coming back to the dressing room with us, she slumps over sitting on a shelf that was holding bridal shoes and purses... she stayed there for the remainder of the time and never came back to help us. I'm so glad I didn't have MY bridal apt there!
