  • HORRIBLE! Do yourself a HUGE favor and store your valuables somewhere else. The sales people are rude and severely unprofessional. We went back 2 weeks ago to close out our unit. The air wasn't working. No one could tell us how long it had been out. Part of what we pay for there is climate control. The place was a mess and the incredibly large man that works there is the most inept, unprofessional, bad tempered human being with the personality of someone who has never been trained in customer service. The facility is over priced and we had constant problems paying through their website. Las Vegas has many other storage options...use one of them. The blessing now is we are done with them.
