  • I have lived in vegas for years...love visiting artisan. From the moment valet welcomes me I feel like a regular vip. Security as well as host has treated me wonderful. Our host, I think Jimmy always makes sure my group is comfortable and happy. Cocktailers, Sophia and Alana do an amazing job..always making sure we are well taken care of...I entertain lots of clients from out of town that are always impressed. My only compliant is the service I receive by Ryan. My group is always very respectful and have a wonderful time but I continue to hear they have a negitive experience when they speak with Ryan. This disappionts me to hear this, and I have heard this multipule times...so much that my clients choose to go to another venue because of their encounters with this one individual Ryan. I hope in the future this issue will be addressed because everything else is always wonderful. I look forward to returning here in the future when priorities are changed with costumer service.
