  • I met with the inspector at the end of his inspection. He was nice and seemed very knowledgab le. After moving in to my new home, I found quite a few items I think he should have caught. A piece missing from my kitchen faucet, my bathroom door does not shut due to stripped out screws, one toilet needs to be flushed 2 or 3 times to rid the waste and the other toilet leaks about a quarter cup of water when flushed. My realtor recommended them.
