  • I never thought I would say this but I'm actually excited about carpet again for the first time in 15 years thanks to Charlie!!!! I was referred to him by a friend who swore by this guy. He's been doing this for 30 years and has his son working for him too. I called him and he agreed to look and gave $195 quote for six rooms. He is knowledgeable, up to date on all new products and green!!!! Everything is kid and pet friendly. Most of my home is stone tile. I didn't have carpet stains when I moved into my rental home, just smelled a bit musty. Over time, we realized the previous tenant must have had cats. Lots of black hair after many Dyson runs with vacuum. Everytime my kid played on floor she would sneeze. Charlie and his son Dyson'ed first, sprayed & machine cleaned second, then used a spray to kill bacteria with the main ingredient being THYME. Crazy!?! Lastly they raked carpet and as a bonus did my big shag throw rug. We paid extra for bacteria treatment which removed all odor. Best part?!? It was bone dry in a couple hours. Grand total $270 and they look and smell new! He rocks and would highly recommend him!
