  • I simply love this med spa. I cant say enough about it!! Of course I've had many treatments here, however, today I had my second IPL treatment on my hands & face from Alekandra @ just face inside Adarabella. Living in year round sun it can definitely play havoc on my skin. The IPL otherwise known as a photofacial, or fotofacial, also known as photorejuvenation is a treatment that helps to reverse sun damage, even out facial color as well as improve tone and texture etc. Love Love Love this treatment. I have also had the CO2 Laser which was done by Michelle. The results from this is absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend this med spa! In my opinion Just Face inside Adarabella is one of the best places here in Las Vegas.
