  • **Follow up to my 4/16/15 review** After my first visit to Ashley's, I was disappointed in the quality of the work performed. However, the owner reached out to me and invited me to give them another try. I agreed to do so and found that this time around, my experience was much better. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had a regular manicure with Frankie and she did a great job. Frankie took her time, paid close attention to my nails' condition and needs and did a wonderful job on my manicure. Frankie was friendly and really seemed to enjoy her job. While there, I met Ashley and she was very nice. I have raised my rating from the 1 star I earlier ranked it, to the 4 stars in this review. I was impressed with their customer service and friendliness. Ashley really does want to make sure you are happy and pleased with the service you received. I appreciated that she took the time to read my review and then respond to it. I would recommend you pay a visit to this salon. You will get treated very well. Great little place tucked away in a business complex. Good people. Clean salon. Friendly and relaxing environment.
