  • We moved from Texas to North Carolina and used 1-800 Pack Rat for the first time. Best move we've had with a company so far. Very smooth and easy! Their customer service and after care/follow up was top notch!! It was so convenient to have the pod there to pack as we finished boxes and not rush to load a truck same day. UHaul messed up our reservation to rent a small trailer then offered us $100 for the enormous mistakes they made. They refused to credit our credit card and insisted the GC had to be used on a future rental. Because of UHauls mistakes we incurred $300 in fees. I will never do business with them again. After this move 1-800 Pack Rat has become our new company! They came with NO hassle. These guys really know how to treat their clients. I hope they sweep the market and UHaul becomes a thing of the past!! Go Get'em!!
