  • I messaged Jon thru the Yelp app & he responded quickly. We made an appointment for the following day. He texted me when he was on his way and he arrived on time. Perfect. I had kind of an odd job for him. I had special-ordered some fancy Emtek entry door hardware (deadbolt & locking knob, both w square backplates), and I couldn't get them to align cosmetically while functioning technically. Jon dove into the problem and managed to figure it out & fix it. He also re-keyed both pieces, one of which I had no key for. Jon's mastered the art & science of locksmithing for sure! And he is a nice, normal, professional young guy, not a creep like lots of locksmiths out there! Pick him.
