  • I love Red Robin, but this location is awful. I attempted to eat here 3 weeks ago and after being seated and waiting at my table for 45 minutes with no acknowledgement what so ever, my friend and I just left. Gave it another try today. The service was great, but the food was not. My boca burger was cold, my friend found a hair in her ranch dressing, the appetizers we ordered were way more greasy than usual, and my fries were sad lumps of soggy cold potato. The tables and menus here are always really sticky, which is pretty gross. I'll be sticking with the Independence location from now on.
