  • We have never had other than the best customer service from Countertop Rock (Joe and his team) and have freely referred them to our friends with the same experience. Granite slabs are hard to vision as they are natural stone and do contain fissures. The installers work very hard to design those natural fissures in the layout of the countertops in order to minimize attention. Sounds like some folks end up with buyers remorse that no contractor can control. If you are that fussy, stick with corian or formica.
