  • I had been to Matteo's before and had no complaints, however my last trip was a disappointment. The waitress, Kelly, was incredibly rude and condescending. She made disparaging facial expressions at both wait staff and guests. When asked for bread, she sharply stated that it was in the oven. She didn't even refresh our waters for the first time until she brought us our check. The experience was a complete letdown. I'll be sure to ask for another waiter or waitress if there is a visit to Matteo's.
