  • This review is mainly for the alterations department, specially Tam Nguyen. I found a gorgeous wedding dress at David's Bridal as well as my bridesmaid dresses. I thought my dress was nice before, but Tam took it to another level. She took the time to shape and structure it to look most flattering on my body. I was nervous to get it altered, but I was so pleased with the outcome. I felt amazing on my wedding day!! My dress had a lot of detail and Tam was careful to preserve the detail perfectly, even though I'm sure it was a lot of work. She was sweet and positive and I really felt like she cared. Anytime I or anyone I know need a dress altered I'm sending them there. She absolutely earned my 5 star rating! I always find beautiful dresses at David's Bridal at pretty reasonable prices and it's great that they have locations all over so out of town wedding party members can easily access their own local store. Only complaint (sorry for the bummer after glowing but I have to be honest) is that every single time I'm in David's Bridal looking to purchase dresses, they seem understaffed. It seems like the dress consultants either stack their appointments too closely or take on too many customers at a time leaving everyone feeling underserved. I've been (as well as seen others) waiting around for the consultant to come back for way too long or have them forget to bring what they were going to get because they got caught up with their other groups of customers. If you had a few more employees at a time I think customers would feel a lot more satisfied. Either way, I'm sure I will be back to do business at this location again.
