  • No one enjoys a root canal but my experience here was great and I know if I ever need another one I don't need to dread it. They are so pleasant and easy to work with here. When I called for my appointment I had a specific day in mind and they got me in no problem. Upon arrival for my appointment I was warmly greeted, offered water while I waited, and they even pointed out where the bathroom was just in case I needed to go before we got started. They had my estimate ready to go and explained exactly what is was going to cost before we started. I was called back within minutes of arrival and the dental assistant who got me situated and did the X-ray was wonderful. He knew how to break the tension with humor to help me relax. Dr. Hegle performed my root canal and he was awesome! He explained everything and kept checking up on me to make sure I was comfortable. He also regularly let me know how much longer it would take which was nice. So often when you are the dentist you have no clue where they are in the process. It's nice to know if you have 5 more or 15 more minutes of drilling! The whole process barely took over and hour and now that the novocain has worn off there is zero pain or discomfort which is wonderful.
