  • My glass had some pretty major cracks in it. So when it came time to replace I called around to see who had OEM glass to replace my old windshield. Safelite was the only place in town that was able to do this. I had it replaced today. Install was on time. So when they called to tell me it was finished I walked out side to check it out. They were already gone. I took a look to see how the install went and there was a 2inch chunk of glass that had at one point broken off. No clue if it was during install or during shipping. Either way some one should have noticed it. I called and was put on hold for 20min. The lady didn't seem to concerned that this happens. And could care less that this had happened to me. Although they are replacing it I'm still pretty upset that this even happened and that the lady wasn't understanding to my issues.
