  • I just moved to town and need a place to service my VW because they are often difficult to work on. I made an appointment and showed up to get a routine oil change. I showed up and got passed between a couple salesmen before I finally got helped. They told me it would be about an hour, so I decided to wait. Over two and a half hours later my car was finally ready for me, along with estimate for $3000 worth of work. My car is less than 4 years old and has never even made a weird noise. I declined all the "urgent" services they suggested and got the heck out of there. Never going back.
