Horrible Customer service and they screwed up my paint color orders every time. They're very unaccountable and disrespectful when it's clearly their fault when mixing the wrong paints.
Every color I ordered never comes out how it looks, they're color palette is a joke. They should call it the mystery color palette. I don't know if they mix their colors properly but it never looks like the color in the palette. Never experienced this with Sherman Williams. I only bought over $500 worth of paint because my painter had a discount there. And unfortunately every order I placed was incorrect or the color was incorrect on the can. Incompetence is on maximum strength here.
For example: I bought a color, painted my wall and I ran out of paint. I go back and buy the same color, start painting, and it's a completely different color. When I returned the paint and complained. They gave me a hard time and demanded I bring the empty cans I threw out. Who the saves empty paint cans? And why would they think I'm trying to hustle them for paint cans when I spent over $500 already.
When I demanded free paint for their mistake and they gave me such a difficult time and blamed me for their errors. They finally gave me my free paint of the color I ran out of But when I get home to paint... It's the wrong color again. Realizing I was dealing with shady manager I decided not to return and do business with them again.
Go to a real paint company like Sherman Williams or PPG. At least You'll get the colors you see and pick.
