  • Called to ask for a repair estimate and an estimate to replace the roof. Spoke to some lady in their office, $80.00 service call just to go out, the $80.00 will be applied if we chose to go with them. She continued to ask me what I need again, I explained to her I need two quotes one for repair and one for a potential roof replacement. It's for my sister's house, I don't live there, I'm in California. My sister owns the house. Told her I will be paying for my sister's service, the service call is for my sister's house. The customer service rep continued to ask me am I buying the house from my sister, I said, no, I'm just paying for the service. Then she continued to ask me, do I own the house, I said no, my sister owns the house, I'm paying for the service. Finally, the customer rep asked me what kind of roof does it have? I said I don't know, I don't live there, I would have to ask my sister. So then she said just to let you know...our company is 6 weeks out for repairs. I said ok, thank you. Quite an interesting conversation... :-) guess I won't be using them, never heard of any company doesn't provide free estimates. They want your $80.00.
