rev:text	I had a "deluxe pedicure" and manicure on Saturday. They were one of the worst I've ever had. I had requested paraffin for my hands and feet. Without any moisturizing lotion on my hands, they brought out two plastic bags of paraffin which were too hot to put my hands in. I requested that they stop the process and never mind about putting the paraffin on my feet. They do not know what they are doing. My manicure was sloppy at best. The polish was slopped all over my cuticles and in the case of my thumb, only covered 3/4 of my nail. When I asked them to correct that, they just put more cuticle oil on my nails. They so not care about the customer needs, they offered me water at the end of my treatment and I just wanted to be out of there so bad, I just told the front desk that they do not know what they are doing. The front desk was indifferent and acted like I was just someone who did not know what they were talking about after over 1000 mani/pedis in my life. DO NOT GO HERE. Mani/Pedi's are a dime a dozen in this town and less that one mile away is another nail place that actually cares if you are a customer or not. The vibe here is bad. I could tell they were arguing about clients in another language and bickering about money. This place is the worst and even with a 40% off coupon was WAAAAY too EXPENSIVE! The pedicure is already chipping after less than a week. The nails were never done right and I can't wait to get to a place that can correct their LAZY work. I had the callus remover and there was nothing about it that removed any callus. They really don't know what they are doing.
