  • Looking at other reviews I guess this is no shocker but what a mismanaged dump. Had a pipe burst and needed a room ASAP while he apartment worked on the plumbing. Busy weekend in Phoenix, many hotels were fully booked. This location had a room and was very pleasant booking it early. We drove there within 30 minutes. We went to check in, they dastardly looking woman at the front very plainly said we have no rooms available, the woman I spoke to has left and we're out of luck. Quite unfriendly and put us in a bad spot. Shouldn't have expected more from Motel 6, but a reception by someone with a brain would have been great!
