  • Steer clear of this company!! They are the most unprofessional business (if one could even venture to call it that) that I have ever encountered in my life. If I could give them a negative star or two I would. I won't bore you with the whole story. Let's just put it this way-- after a month of reporting my washing machine broken to Lowe's (I have a warranty), it still was not fixed by Volt. After weeks and weeks of listening to their drama and bogus excuses (such as, get this: I intentionally called and cancelled appointments-- REALLY??), I called Lowe's and begged them to assign us a new company to fix our washer. Someone came out today from a different company and get this-- fixed it-- in one hour. Unreal. Don't believe a word they say.
