  • This was our first visit here. We knew this was a favorite among locals off strip and the locations on the strip are always mobbed. We arrived past lunch hour but before happy hour so there was not a wait. The staff was so friendly with everyone greeting us. We explained to our waitress that it was our first time and she took extra time explaining the popular items. I selected a hash with eggs, chicken, asparagus, and potatoes. I mentioned I was gluten sensitive and she said we could substitute the fried potatoes for the mashed.I kept the biscuit for the hubby. I ordered scrambled eggs instead of my usual over easy. The hubby ordered a burger. He could only eat half. He loved the fries too. My order came out with the fried potatoes and our waitress admitted she forgot to make the change and pleasantly immediately got me the side order of mashed. Best waitress ever. By tge way, the homemade peach jam was amazing. We ate our meal with ohs and ahs as we enjoyed our food and the immense portions. Will we return? Absolutely. Will we take our out of town guests? For sure. Are there healthy options? Yes! The salads looked great.
