  • Full disclosure: I usually hate expensive upscale restaurants. I usually find that for how much extra you have to pay compared to cheaper restaurants , the food quality doesn't necessarily improve much, if at all. But my parents were in town, and wanted to go somewhere "nice" (I guess that means expensive), and we ended up at the Corner House. I enjoyed the Corner House. The restaurant has mutliple rooms, and the room we were seated in only had 4 - 5 tables, so it was nice and quiet. I ordered the House Caesar Salad and The Striploin Steak. My Steak was perfectly cooked and the sauce was delicious. If you want a more upscale restaurant this place is a good choice.
