  • I had a disappointing experience a couple weeks ago at this store. The manager called me a couple of times and after finally connecting he apologized for the errors with my order, assured me that more attention would be paid and offered to pay for my next order. I never had an issue in the past with Jimmy John's. I'm happy to say that even when errors occurred, the store went out of their way to correct them and did so with great customer service. It's definitely appreciated. I will continue to order from here.
