RUN THE OTHER WAY!! The products are beautiful and great. No problems there. The customer service was/is horrible. I don't have the time to go through a list of grievances, but the lack of help with getting my couch (over a month late), the mistakes made doing a simple return on some curtains, and the utter lack of communication (and responsibility) between the online and the store and the customer have overridden my desire to buy their beautiful home items. I get anxious thinking about having to do any sort of return with them. The only place where I have received worse service was at the municipal court when I was trying to get out of a speeding ticket! It takes a lot for me to refuse to buy from a store, and this company has managed to cross that line.
