  • Disappointed by poor and unprofessional customer service. Store manager and assistant unwelcoming as we entered the store. The Spaniard manager was sitting in the back on the sofa, legs up and remained seated as we continue to approach the Fly London shoe area. Arrogant manager. Some discriminating comments were made about Syrian refugees entering Canada. Controversial questions were posed as part of the conversation with us. Will never return. 2 thumbs down.
