| - Seriously, the worst company ever.
Air Canada gave them my luggage, and they were supposed to deliver it to my house. Air Canada gave them the wrong phone number, so they couldn't call me the next night and so decided to deliver the luggage back to Air Canada, even though they had my address and they could easily taken it and knocked on the door, or asked Air Canada for another number, my email, anything, all of which Air Canada has on file. They did not.
I called Air Canada the next morning (Friday morning - my flight was on Wednesday night) and found out about the number issue. They directed me to call Dynamex, who answered the phone after like a half hour (this is at 12pm in the afternoon) and put in my correct number and told me they'd call me when they were going to deliver the bag. I called again a couple hours later (4:00pm) to ask if there had been any developments. First I was told that there had been a mistake with the tag or something. I said, "that doesn't make any sense" and then they told me actually they had delivered the luggage back to Air Canada, but they'd get it back and deliver it to me as soon as possible."
At 9pm, I called Air Canada, who said the delivery company had the bag. The next morning Dynamex said that they delivered the bag back to Air Canada the night before at 7pm. So for 7 hours, they had my bag and didn't make any effort to get it to me or stop it from being brought back to Air Canada. They just sat on their asses and did nothing.
I called again tonight (Saturday) and after 45 minutes on hold they told me they did not have the bag, and had apparently made no effort to retrieve it and get it to me. I told them to leave my bag alone, I'll just pick it up from Air Canada, because they clearly are taking no initiative on the matter.
Terrible company. Terrible customer service. They're liars and bums and I hope nobody ever does business with them again, because as soon as a customer has to depend on them or deal with them, it's just hell.
I wish I could give them zero stars.
